OT is the definition of “ Our Talents”. The O is signed in two halfs, one part of the Globe and one part of a football. Meaning that we are a global thinking company with passion for Sport. With "Our" we mean also Talents who are signed at the OT company.

Our inspiration came of the Spanish OT where we can refer to “Operacion Triunfo”. 
This was a successfully TV program for singer-talents in Spain. And meaning “Mission/Operation of Success”.  Starting Talents  who where unknown at the beginning and got the change to become famous, ready to enter the world of entertainment.

OT in Dutch also has the meaning Fortune/ Wealthy as it stands for loyalty and honesty. We base our succes on doing it together. Our success is the succes for Talents who willing to coöperate with us. We believe in the good way of living. Passion for the sports and people makes our work honest and pure. OT will always be acting in direct communication with all stakeholders and our Talent.
It’s your own identity in the Sports that counts. OT will help brand your positive Identity in this world.
