With a background in Marketing and Communications and hands-on experience in sales and marketing management, I bring a strategic mindset to talent development. As a former handball player, I understand that success is built on teamwork, trust, and shared goals. Sport remains a part of my daily life — not just as a routine, but as a mindset.
Thanks to international experience, I’m comfortable working across cultures and age groups. My passion lies in guiding talent, building strong relationships, and being a trusted partner on every athlete’s journey to the top.

Ilja - Former Professional Footballer & Personal Trainer
Ilja started his career at PSV and went on to play for clubs like FC Eindhoven, Helmond Sport, De Graafschap, and internationally in Belgium and Canada. His extensive pro experience gives him unique insights into making the right decisions, maintaining healthy eating habits, and handling media pressures — qualities that make him an excellent coach. Combining his expertise with his role as a personal trainer and a specialized muscle activation program, Ilja helps players reach new levels of performance.
His vast network and social skills make him a valuable asset for any athlete.
