OT stands for "Our Talents." The "O" is split into two halves: one representing the globe, and the other a football, symbolizing our global perspective and passion for sport. "Our" refers to the talents we represent, guiding them toward success.

Inspired by the Spanish "Operacion Triunfo" (Operation of Success), OT aims to elevate unknown talents into stars. We believe in loyalty, honesty, and collaboration, fostering success through mutual growth. At OT, we help athletes build their unique identity in the world of sport.
